Delivery and Returns FAQs

I aim to ship items within 3-5 days of order, this may be longer for handmade jewellery items that are made to a specific size or customisation. For further information visit my delivery and returns page.

I understand that sometimes we change our minds, and I accept cancellations prior to an order being dispatched (with the exception of personalised items).
When buying handmade jewellery gifts, there’s always a chance that your choice wasn’t quite the perfect fit. I accept returns and exchanges of non-personalised items within 14 days of purchase – as long as items are returned in their original packaging and postage is at your own expense.

Of course! For that special handmade jewellery gift that will be delivered by you in person, gift bags are available to add to your order.
