Send me your much-loved piece(s) and they’ll be cleaned, polished, re-plated in a brand new layer of 18ct gold and returned to you good as new.

Got more than 1 item? Just select the number of items from the dropdown (cost is £14 for one piece, and £8 for each additional piece). Please note a pair of earrings counts as one piece.

All jewellery should be securely packaged in a padded envelope as a minimum. Once the order is confirmed, you will be provided with shipping information via email.

I’ll aim to return pieces within 3 weeks. Please ensure the shipping address noted in the order is the address to which you want the piece returned.

For Sterling Silver Jewellery

Consider making your jewellery gift extra special with this beautifully embossed Black Octopus Jewellery silver polishing cloth.  It comes in a recyclable sleeve and can be added to any order of silver or solid gold jewellery, or purchased separately.

All precious metals will naturally tarnish over time and will need a little help keeping their perfect shine.  Use this cloth to spruce up your treasured pieces, so they can look good for a lifetime. These delicate cloths are impregnated with an anti-tarnish agent to help restore the gleam on your pieces.

Please note…

• Care should be taken with matte pieces, as polishing will add shine!

For Gifting By Post

If sending your jewellery gift to a loved one from a distance, I offer a hand-wrapped service to make the experience even more personal. Your chosen gift will be beautifully wrapped in recyclable gold tissue paper, finished with a black ribbon and securely packaged in my eco-friendly postal packaging (or with a festive touch at Christmas).  A note card will be included with a hand-written personal message which you can enter at checkout.

For In-Person Gifting

If purchasing a jewellery gift which you will deliver to your loved one in person, you can add one of my beautiful matte-black gift bags to your order.  Tied with a ribbon of your choosing, these bags are made with recycled materials and vegetable dyes.  They are recyclable, biodegradable and compostable, and so make the perfect sustainable addition for making chosen jewellery gift that little bit extra special.

Gift bags will be flat-packed and included in your postal order.  They can be packed by you with the paper shred and tissue paper (which can be re-used from the secure postal packaging) and tied with the attached ribbon.
