Send me your much-loved piece(s) and they’ll be cleaned, polished, re-plated in a brand new layer of 18ct gold and returned to you good as new.

All jewellery should be securely packaged in a padded envelope as a minimum. Once the order is confirmed, you will be provided with shipping information via email.
I’ll aim to return pieces within 3 weeks of the cut-off date*. Please ensure the shipping address noted in the order is the address to which you want the piece returned.
*The cut-off date for the current run is Tuesday 17th March. Any items not received by this date will not be included and will be returned to you.

Any jewellery sent is done so at the customers risk, and responsibility remains with you until the item(s) is/are received by Black Octopus Jewellery. A minimum of a tracked postal service is advised.
Your item will be shipped back to you using a Royal Mail tracked service, and you will be notified on despatch.
