The Perfect Fit For Everyday Jewellery
For pieces designed to last a lifetime, it’s essential that your jewellery feels as good as it looks. Whether you're selecting a ring, bracelet, necklace, or layering chain, use these simple guides to help you find the perfect fit so you can shop with confidence.
Still Not Sure?
Don’t worry! Even with the best intentions I understand we don’t always get it right first time, particularly when buying a unique jewellery gift. Check out my flexible exchange/returns policy to put your mind at ease.

Ring Sizing
One of the trickier sizings to get right, because our fingers change size throughout the day (and seasons!). My recommendation for most accurate ring sizing is to either:
Pop into a local jeweller and ask, they'll be happy to help you find your ring size (make sure they size the correct hand/finger as your hands will likely vary).
Order one of my UK ring sizers, which will be shipped direct to you.
Measure the internal diameter of an existing ring and use the chart to find your size.
Alternatively, you can follow the below steps to find your size at home (just keep in mind that these will never be as accurate as a ring sizer):
Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where it overlaps (make sure it’s snug but can still easily pass over your knuckle)
Measure the length of the strip to where you marked
Use this measurement (circumference) to find your size using the chart here
My top tips
These simple tips will help you find your everyday jewellery that feels just right.
-
Round up to the nearest whole millimetre. A ring should fit well enough that it won’t fall off on a cold day but should slide comfortably over your knuckle.
-
…with things like temperature and hydration, so measure several times throughout the day to find the best fit (go with the larger size if in doubt, no one needs a ring getting stuck!).
-
So for wide rings consider adding a size. Please do reach out here if you’re unsure if this applies to the ring you want.
Bangle sizing
I make my bangles in small, medium and large (see below) sizes as standard, but please contact me for additional sizes as this can be made on request.
Small (internal diameter 6cm)
Medium (internal diameter 6.5cm)
Large (internal diameter 7cm)
As these bangles are handmade they have a 5% size tolerance based on the above sizes.
Find Your Size
If you own a round bangle that fits well, measure the internal diameter and use that based on the sizes shown. Alternatively follow the below steps to find your size:
Close your fingers together and bring your thumb into your palm to the base of your ring finger (as if you are putting on a bangle).
Using a strip of paper or dressmakers tape measure, wrap it around your hand (including your thumb) at the widest part. If you are using a plain strip of paper, make a mark when the piece meets and then measure the length with a ruler.
Compare your measurement (hand circumference) to the sizes above and choose the size that is closest your measurement.
The bangle should fit snuggly over your hand, so if you are exactly between sizes I would size down to avoid the bangle being too large on your wrist.
Chain Length
I offer 3 chain lengths on most of my handmade pendant necklaces, 16, 18 and 20 inches. Please use this chart to see where these different chain lengths will sit.
Please keep in mind that a necklace with a pendant will always hang slightly lower than a simple chain.
